Terms of Service
Version 2026-07-alpha-1BatBill is invoicing and light-accounting software operated by Vorperian Cyberarts. By using it you
agree to these terms. They are written plainly on purpose.
The service. BatBill lets you create quotes and invoices, take payments, track money in
and out, and manage clients and vendors. You are responsible for what you send to your own
clients and for the accuracy of your invoices, taxes, and records.
Your account. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account
and for the people you invite to your team.
Acceptable use. Don't use BatBill to break the law, to send spam or deceptive invoices, to
infringe others' rights, or to attack, probe, or overload the service. We may suspend an account
that does.
Payments and fees. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Any
platform fee is shown before you rely on it. You are responsible for your own tax obligations;
BatBill provides tools, not tax advice.
As-is. BatBill is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it
will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. (See the Alpha notice — this
matters more than usual right now.)
Liability. To the extent the law allows, Vorperian Cyberarts is not liable for indirect or consequential
losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service
in the three months before the claim.
Ending. You can stop using BatBill and delete your team at any time. We may suspend or end
access for a breach of these terms, or wind the service down with reasonable notice.
Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be re-presented for your acceptance.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
